TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR TICKET HOLDERS

  1. The purchase of this ticket grants the holder the right to attend the Wine Event listed on it, provided they accept and comply with the venue’s operating rules. Entry to the event signifies the unconditional acceptance of the terms outlined herein.

  2. The ticket is valid for one entry only and is valid only if purchased from an official point of sale. The exchange, resale, or commercial trading of tickets is prohibited. Tickets purchased with the intent to be used for business, commercial, promotional, or other activities without the organizers’ approval may be canceled.

  3. The Organizer may prohibit entry to individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or those carrying bottles, dangerous or flammable objects, explosive devices, drinks, food, even if they are ticket holders. The use of audiovisual equipment to record, photograph, or tape any part of the Wine Event is also prohibited. The ticket holder accepts that their personal belongings may be inspected in line with these restrictions.

  4. The Organizers are not responsible for any disputes between attendees, damage, or loss of personal belongings at the event venue. Additionally, they do not replace lost or stolen tickets. Any injuries not caused by the organizer’s negligence are not the responsibility of the organizer, who assumes no legal or other liability.

  5. Attendees must comply with the instructions of security personnel and representatives of the Organizers regarding safety matters. Crowd surfing is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.

  6. In the event of postponement of the Wine Event due to force majeure making it impossible to conduct the event, or for organizational reasons, the Organizers reserve the right to change the date, time, or venue by informing the public through the media. In such cases, tickets remain valid and are not refundable. The Organizers also reserve the right to modify the event program.

  7. In case of the permanent cancellation of the Wine Event, tickets will be refunded within a specified time at the points announced via the media. The attendee acknowledges that the Organizers are not obligated to compensate them beyond the ticket price for any expenses incurred due to the cancellation of the event.

  8. In case of interruption and cancellation of the Wine Event due to force majeure, at least thirty-five (35) minutes after its start, the event is considered completed and will not be repeated. In this case, tickets are non-refundable.

  9. If the same ticket grants access to multiple Wine Events, festivals, or happenings and the appearance of a specific winery or guest is canceled, the attendee accepts that they will receive a proportionate refund of the ticket price and that the Organizer is not bound by any estimates regarding the artistic value of the canceled participant.

  10. Possession of this ticket does not grant the holder any additional free services unless announced. Consumption from the bar or refreshment stand is optional.

  11. Parts of the Wine Event may be filmed or recorded. Audience members appearing in these recordings will not have any claim against the recording company or the Organizers.

  12. The attendee/ticket buyer agrees that the organizing company may send them informational and promotional material for upcoming events of potential interest.
